How the library handles reader information
Insight Prism Co., Ltd. is the data controller for inquiries and bookings made through insightprism.click and by email or phone. The library teaches Solana wallet safety and self-custody. This note explains what we collect, how long we keep it, and the rights you can use.
Controller
Controller: Insight Prism Co., Ltd. Contact: hello@insightprism.click, phone 0432368207. Postal details appear verbatim in the site footer and on the contact page.
What we collect
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, the session you are considering, a preferred day, whether you want the reading room or a written briefing, and a message about the question you want to study. If you email or call, we keep the content of that message and the number or address you used. We do not ask for recovery phrases, private keys, signer PINs, or exchange passwords. Please do not include them. If a message contains a recovery phrase, we delete it and ask you to write again without those words.
The cookie choice is stored in your browser under the key insightprism-cookie-consent. Details are on the cookie note. Server logs of the host may include an IP address and the page requested, kept by the host for security.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to answer you, confirm a session, prepare a briefing, send an invoice, and handle a cancellation or refund. The legal bases are steps toward a contract and our legitimate interest in running the reading room. Where Korean law requires consent, we ask for it separately and you may refuse.
Retention
Unbooked inquiries are kept for 24 months so we can find an earlier question if you write again, then deleted. Booking emails, invoices, and refund correspondence are kept for five years to meet accounting duties. A household briefing file is kept for the same five years because it records what we delivered. It never contains a recovery phrase. Cookie-choice storage lives in your browser until you clear it or one year passes, whichever you do first.
Sharing
We do not sell reader information. We share it with an accountant in Korea when an invoice requires it, and with the email and website hosts that store the message or the page request on our instructions. Staff who see a message are Min-seo Park and Han Ji-woo, or a bookkeeper engaged for invoicing.
International transfers
The reading room and the company are in Korea. If our email or website host stores a copy of an inquiry on a server outside Korea, that copy is limited to the text you sent and the address you used. We choose hosts that contract to protect the message and we do not send recovery material, because we do not want it in the first place. You may ask where a particular message is stored and we will tell you what the host has disclosed to us.
Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea you may request access, correction, deletion, or a stop on processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing was based on consent. You may also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission. Send requests to hello@insightprism.click. We respond within a reasonable period and, where the statute sets a deadline, within that deadline. We may ask you to confirm you are the person the record is about before we release it.
Children
Sessions are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this note changes, the updated page will carry the new text on this address. Continued use of the site after an update covers the website portion. A booking already confirmed stays under the note that was published when you booked, unless a legal change requires otherwise.
