Terms for sessions and this website

These terms govern use of insightprism.click and bookings with Insight Prism Co., Ltd. (Insight Prism), the Solana learning library at the Yeongdong reading room. By using the site or confirming a session by email, you accept these terms. The official address block is published on the contact page and in the footer.

The service

Insight Prism teaches wallet-safety and self-custody habits for Solana. Sessions include the private desk, the Saturday circle, the study hour, and written household briefings. Teaching uses practice devices and nonsense phrases. Coins remain in the reader’s own wallet or with whatever exchange the reader already uses. Insight Prism does not take custody of coins, recovery phrases, signer PINs, or exchange passwords.

Bookings

An inquiry on this website is a request. A session is booked when we send a confirmation email naming the day, the hour, and the fee. Invoices are issued in Korean won and paid outside this website. You are responsible for arriving on time and for keeping secret material out of messages to us.

Acceptable use of the site

You may read the pages, send an inquiry, and share links to public field notes. You may not attempt to break the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or present Insight Prism as a custodian of your coins. Do not send recovery phrases or private keys through the form or by email. If you do, we delete the message.

Intellectual property

The binders, checklists, outlines, briefings, field notes, and the design of this site are owned by Insight Prism Co., Ltd. unless a page says otherwise. You receive a personal copy of materials handed to you in a session or briefing. You may not republish the binders, sell them, or photograph them for distribution. Notes you write in your own notebook are yours.

No investment advice

Pages and sessions explain storage and signing habits. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold Solana, and they are not tax, legal, or financial advice. Decisions about transactions stay with you. Where a will or a tax question arises, speak with a qualified adviser.

Liability

Wallet software, exchanges, and hardware devices can fail, and a lost phrase can mean lost coins. Insight Prism’s responsibility is limited to providing the booked teaching with reasonable care. To the extent Korean law allows, we are not liable for coins lost because a phrase was stored carelessly, a signer was approved in haste, an exchange froze an account, or a reader sent secret words to another person. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Korean law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for deliberate misconduct.

Site content

Field notes are educational and may be updated when signer screens change. We do not warrant that a third-party device will always match the description in a binder. The practice signer in the room is a teaching object and holds no coins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you have under those laws.
